There’s a specific kind of energy on a Saturday morning. The air is a little quieter, the traffic on I-205 is actually moving, and for a lot of us, it’s the only time the "to-do" list finally gets our undivided attention.

I’ve decided to try something a little different here at JT Health Services.

Starting this month, I’m opening up the shop on the 1st and 3rd Saturday mornings of every month. No fanfare, no corporate mandate—just a chance to get your DOT physical, a drug screening, or a quick adjustment done when the world isn't quite so loud.

The Saturday Routine

If you’ve been around Clackamas for a while, you know the vibe of a local "Saturday morning" spot. It’s efficient, it’s low-stress, and it’s one-on-one.

Since I run this clinic solo, Saturdays are going to be a bit of an experiment in "Concierge" care. Here’s the deal:

  • Doors Stay Locked: To keep things private for whoever is on the table, I keep the front door locked.

  • The Check-In: When you pull into the lot for your appointment, just shoot me a text at (503) 657-6190. I’ll finish up what I’m doing and come meet you at the door.

  • The Work: We’re here from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Whether you're a driver looking to knock out that $110 DOT exam or you're coming in for a $45 "maintenance" adjustment, we’re keeping the pace steady and the coffee hot (metaphorically—but I'll take an espresso if you bring it).

Why Saturdays?

Honestly? Because Saturday morning is a great time to work. It’s when drivers are cooling their heels, the commuters are home, and we can actually focus on the biomechanics without the mid-week rush.

To keep my own internal battery charged, I’ll be taking the preceding Monday off. So, if you see the "Closed" sign on a Monday, just know I’m prepping for the Saturday shift.

It’s an experiment, it’s old school, and it’s a way to make sure JT Health Services fits into your life—not the other way around.
